Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped bacon pieces and cook until crispy. Remove and place them on paper towels to drain extra oil.
Prepare the Pie Crust
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the ready-made pie crust in a pie dish. Press it gently so it fits well. You can use a fork to make small holes in the bottom. This helps it bake evenly.
Make the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth. You can also add onions or herbs if you like extra flavor.
Add Bacon and Cheese
Sprinkle the cooked bacon evenly over the crust. Then, add shredded cheese on top. Pour the egg mixture slowly over them. Make sure everything is covered well.
Bake the Quiche
Place the pie dish in the oven. Bake for about 35–40 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown. Check by inserting a knife in the center—it should come out clean.
Cool and Serve
Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or cold. It tastes great either way.
Notes
Use fresh eggs for a creamy texture.
Don’t overfill the crust; it can spill while baking.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for more flavor.
