- 12 fresh oysters Talaba
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open the oysters using a knife.
Put oysters on a baking tray with foil.
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
Spoon this mix onto the oysters.
Add cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Serve warm with extra parsley if you like.
- Use only fresh oysters for good taste.
- Don’t bake too long or oysters will be tough.
- Like spicy? Add hot sauce before baking.
- Try other cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar.
