- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed
- 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A little olive oil
- Chopped cilantro optional
Heat olive oil in a big pot.
Add onion, garlic, and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.
