Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Stir constantly until butter turns golden brown.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Mix browned butter with both sugars.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt separately.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips gently.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Drop dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges brown.
Cool on sheets for 5 minutes.
Transfer to wire racks completely.
