Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt together.
  • Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  • Stir until dough forms.
  • Knead for 5 minutes until smooth.
  • The dough should feel soft and elastic.
  • Place dough in a greased bowl.
  • Cover with a kitchen towel.
  • Let it sit for 1 hour.
  • It should double in size.
