  • 1.5 cups Cold Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cut in Butter: Add cold butter cubes to the flour mixture. Use a pastry tool until it looks like crumbs.
  • Add Liquid: Pour in the cold buttermilk and the honey. Stir gently until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold the Dough: Turn dough onto a floured surface. Fold it five times to create flaky layers.
  • Cut the Biscuits: Press dough to one inch thick. Use a round cutter to make circles.
  • Bake Until Golden: Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for twelve to fifteen minutes.
