  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Espresso Powder

  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven Set your oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan well. Use butter or cooking spray.
  • Mash the Bananas Peel your very ripe bananas. Put them in a bowl. Use a fork to smash them. Make them very smooth and soft.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients Get a medium sized bowl. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the espresso powder here. Whisk them until they are combined.
  • Cream Butter and Sugar In a large bowl, mix butter. Add the sugar to the butter. Beat them until they look fluffy. This makes the bread light.
  • Add Eggs and Vanilla Crack the eggs into the butter. Add the vanilla extract now. Stir them until they are smooth.
  • Combine Everything Put the mashed bananas into the wet mix. Slowly add the dry flour mix. Do not overmix the batter. Fold in the walnuts gently.
  • Bake the Bread Pour batter into the loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spoon. Bake for about sixty minutes.
  • Cool the Bread Take the pan out of the oven. Let it sit for ten minutes. Move it to a wire rack. Let it cool completely before slicing.
