Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs fresh
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F degrees.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and milk in small bowl.
  • Let mixture sit for five minutes to soften.
  • Mix ground beef and pork in large bowl.
  • Add soaked breadcrumbs to the meat mixture.
  • Crack egg into the bowl with meats.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
  • Mix in minced garlic and fresh parsley.
  • Season everything with salt and black pepper.
  • Gently combine all ingredients until just mixed.
  • Roll mixture into twelve equal-sized meatballs carefully.
  • Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet.
  • Brown meatballs on all sides for color.
  • Transfer skillet to preheated oven immediately.
  • Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes total.
  • Check internal temperature reaches 165°F degrees.
