- 10 cups of popped popcorn.
- 1 cup of unsalted butter.
- 1 cup of brown sugar.
- 1/2 cup of light corn syrup.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
Pop your corn kernels first. Remove any unpopped seeds. Place the popcorn in a big bowl.
