Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup peanuts crushed

Instructions
 

  • Wash lettuce leaves carefully. Pat them completely dry.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Cook for one minute.
  • Add ground chicken. Cook until completely browned.
  • Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar together.
  • Pour sauce mixture over cooked chicken. Stir well.
  • Add bell pepper. Cook for two minutes more.
  • Remove from heat. Add sesame oil and mix.
  • Garnish with green onions and fresh cilantro leaves.
  • Serve immediately in prepared lettuce cups with peanuts.
