Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the potatoes

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Add potatoes. Cook until golden.

Cook the beef

  • In the same pan, cook ground beef. Break it into small bits.

Add seasoning

  • Add taco seasoning and water. Stir well. Let it simmer.

Mix all items

  • Add cooked potatoes and chopped onion. Mix gently.

Bake the dish

  • Place the mix in a baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Serve warm
