- 6 big duros puffed wheat snacks
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup pork skin chicharrón
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup jicama optional
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- A little salt
- Chili flakes optional
Cook duros in hot oil until they puff up.
Put them on paper towels to dry.
