Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine breadcrumbs and milk in small bowl.
  • Let breadcrumb mixture soak for five minutes.
  • Add ground beef to large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in soaked breadcrumbs and beaten egg.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, garlic, and diced onion.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
  • Gently mix all ingredients until just combined.
  • Shape mixture into golf ball sized portions.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  • Brown meatballs on all sides carefully.
  • Cook for twelve to fifteen minutes total.
  • Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  1. Don't overmix the meat mixture to keep meatballs tender
  2. Wet your hands when shaping to prevent sticking
  3. Use room temperature ingredients for better blending
