Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey chopped
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped onion optional
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. This helps the stuffing balls bake evenly without sticking.

Mix all ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the turkey, stuffing, and dried cranberries. Add the chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour in the melted butter and the beaten egg. Mix gently until everything is well combined.

Shape the stuffing balls

  • Take a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball shape. Each ball should be about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the baking sheet with space between each one.

Bake the stuffing balls

  • Bake the stuffing balls for about 20 to 25 minutes. They should turn golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside. This makes them delicious and full of flavor.

Cool and serve

  • Once done, remove the stuffing balls from the oven. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. You can serve them with gravy or cranberry sauce for extra taste.

Notes

  • Use leftover turkey for quick prep.
  • Do not overmix the stuffing mixture. It should stay light.
  • Add a little chicken broth if the mix feels too dry.
  • For a crispy finish, brush with butter before baking.
  • Serve warm for the best taste and texture.
