Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough 8 pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F degrees.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  • Cook ground beef until completely browned.
  • Add minced garlic and onion powder.
  • Season mixture with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece gently.
  • Place beef mixture in center.
  • Add cheddar cheese on top.
  • Seal edges tightly around filling.
  • Place bombs on baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
