- 1 Lb Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 3 Tbsp Butter
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit now. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. This makes cleaning up very easy later.
Pat the chicken wings very dry with towels. Moisture prevents the skin from getting crispy. This step is very important for success.
Toss wings with baking powder and salt. Do this in a large mixing bowl. Make sure every wing has a light coating.
Place wings on the wire rack. Space them out so they do not touch. This allows the hot air to circulate well.
Bake the wings for about forty-five minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking time. They should look golden brown and very crunchy.
Mix melted butter and garlic powder together. Add the parmesan cheese to this mixture. Stir it until the sauce is thick.
Toss the hot wings in the garlic sauce. Ensure every wing is covered in cheese. Serve them while they are still very hot.
- Always dry the chicken wings with paper towels first.
- Use aluminum-free baking powder for the best flavor result.
- Space wings apart on the rack for maximum crunch.
- Grate your own cheese for a much fresher taste.
- Serve immediately so the skin stays nice and crispy.
