Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease muffin tin with olive oil.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper in bowl.
  • Whisk olive oil, milk, eggs in separate bowl.
  • Add minced garlic to wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  • Fold in rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
  • Fill muffin cups three-quarters full.
  • Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
  • Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to wire rack before serving.
