  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season the pork generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
  • Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the pork until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the skillet.
  • Baste the pork with the foaming butter for two minutes.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove and let the meat rest for ten minutes before slicing.
