Ingredients
  

  • 4 beef steaks your preferred cut
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar slowly.

  • Mix fresh thyme and black pepper together.
  • Add sea salt and Dijon mustard thoroughly.
  • Place steaks in zip-lock bag carefully.
  • Pour marinade over steaks completely covering them.
  • Seal bag and refrigerate for hours.
  • Remove steaks thirty minutes before cooking time.
