Ingredients
  

  • 1 head fresh broccoli cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil toasted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced finely
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tsp mirin adds a touch of sweetness
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the broccoli into small, even florets.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add broccoli and sear until slightly charred and tender-crisp.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and mirin.
  • Toss everything together until coated.
