Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion

Instructions
 

  • Put soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Add the rice vinegar.
  • Pour in sesame oil and sugar.
  • Mix until the sugar is gone.
  • Add ginger and garlic.
  • Pour in vegetable oil.
  • Add sesame seeds and miso.
  • Mix in chopped onion.
  • Blend if you want it smooth.
  • Store it in a jar or bottle.

  • Use fresh ginger. It tastes better.
