Cook pasta until just tender.
Drain pasta and set aside.
Brown meat in large skillet.
Add chopped onion to meat.
Cook until onion gets soft.
Add garlic and cook one minute.
Pour in tomatoes and wine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let sauce cook for 20 minutes.
Make white sauce in saucepan.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add flour and whisk together.
Slowly pour in milk while whisking.
Cook until sauce gets thick.
Add cheese to white sauce.
Mix beaten eggs into sauce.
Layer pasta in baking dish.
Add meat sauce over pasta.
Pour white sauce on top.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
