Bread knife.
- 8 slices of rye bread.
- 1 pound sliced corned beef.
- 8 slices Swiss cheese.
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained.
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
Spread butter on one side of each slice.
Flip the bread over. Spread Russian dressing on the other side.
Place plenty of corned beef on four slices.
Top the meat with sauerkraut. Add two slices of cheese on top.
Place the remaining bread slices on top. Buttered sides must face out.
Heat your skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan.
Cook until the bread is golden brown. Flip carefully. Cook until the cheese melts completely.
