  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large potatoes peeled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Boil potatoes until soft.
  • Mash with butter and milk.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet.
  • Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
  • Add beef and cook until brown.
  • Stir in carrots, peas, and tomato paste.
  • Add broth, salt, pepper, and sauce.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Spread the meat mix in a baking dish.
  • Top with mashed potatoes evenly.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
