- 1 Cup Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Shred your green cabbage into very thin strips. Use a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer. Place the cabbage into your large mixing bowl.
