- 2 Lbs Chicken Wings
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Set your oven to 400 degrees now. Let it get nice and hot. Line your tray with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings with paper towels. They must be very dry to get crispy. Place them on the baking sheet.
Slide the tray into the hot oven. Bake them for about forty-five minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking time.
Put butter and honey in the saucepan. Add the soy sauce and spices now. Simmer it on low heat until thick.
Put baked wings into a large bowl. Pour the warm glaze over the top. Toss them until every wing is coated.
