- 2 medium carrots peeled and cut
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 orange bell pepper no seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes or hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Juice from 1 orange
Boil carrots until soft (about 10 minutes).
Drain and let them cool a little.
Put carrots in the blender.
Add garlic, vinegar, and water.
Blend until smooth.
Add pepper, chili, and orange juice.
Blend again until mixed well.
Slowly add the oil while blending.
Add salt, sugar, and paprika.
Blend one last time.
Pour into a jar or bottle.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
