Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.

Grease your muffin tin or ramekins.
Spoon the meat mixture into each cup.
Fill them about three-quarters full.
Add mashed potatoes on top carefully.
Spread them to cover the filling completely.
Make small peaks with a fork.
Sprinkle cheese on top if you like.
Put the tin in your preheated oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
The tops should turn golden brown.
The edges will bubble slightly.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Wait 5 minutes before serving them.
