Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder no bone
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dry spices in a bowl
  • Rub pork with oil, then add the spices
  • Let it sit for 30 minutes
  • Put pork in a slow cooker or smoker
  • Add vinegar, broth, and Worcestershire sauce
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
  • Pork should reach 195°F inside
  • Let pork rest for 15 minutes after cooking
  • Use two forks to shred the meat
  • Add BBQ sauce and mix well
