Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup brick cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Wait 5 minutes.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  • Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook.
  • Stir in tomatoes, salt, and oregano. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 450°F (232°C). Roll dough into a rectangle.
  • Place the dough on a greased baking sheet.
  • Spread sauce over the dough.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  • Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool before slicing.

Notes

  1. Use bread flour for a crispier crust.
  2. Let the dough rise longer for a softer crust.
  3. Use good quality cheese for better taste.
  4. Preheat the oven before baking.
