Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh button mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced mushrooms to the hot pan.
  • Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir garlic into the mushroom mixture carefully.
  • Cook garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour white wine into the skillet slowly.
  • Let wine reduce for 2 minutes completely.
  • Add heavy cream to the mushroom mixture.
  • Season with oregano, salt, and pepper generously.
  • Simmer sauce for 3 minutes until thickened.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley over the hot mushrooms.
  • Add Parmesan cheese just before serving immediately.
