Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out your pie crust and place it in the pie dish.
Bake the empty crust for 10 minutes to set it.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on the bottom of the crust.
