  • 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade pastry dough
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt and black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Roll out your pie crust and place it in the pie dish.
  • Bake the empty crust for 10 minutes to set it.
