- 2 lbs chicken wings cleaned and trimmed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter for brushing
