Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup pecans or almonds
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips optional

Instructions

Preheat your oven

  • Set your oven to 275°F (135°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the dry ingredients

  • In a large bowl, add Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, and nuts. Mix them gently so everything blends well.

Make the sweet coating

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter on low heat. Add brown sugar, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir well until smooth and fragrant.

Combine everything

  • Pour the sweet mix over your dry mix. Stir slowly to coat every piece. Make sure everything is covered evenly.

Bake it

  • Spread the mix evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 40–45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. This helps it bake evenly and stay crispy.

Cool it

  • Take it out and let it cool completely. Once cool, add white chocolate chips if you like.

Store and enjoy

  • Keep your mix in an airtight jar or container. It stays fresh for up to a week.

Notes

Use fresh pumpkin spice for the best flavor.
Add a pinch of salt for a sweet-salty balance.
Don’t overbake or the mix may burn.
You can add candy corn or M&M’s for a fun twist.
Mix gently so the cereal pieces don’t break.
