Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F degrees exactly.
  • Line baking pan with parchment paper carefully.
  • Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar together.
  • Press mixture into pan bottom firmly.
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden.
  • Beat cream cheese until completely smooth.
  • Add sugar and mix until well combined.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Mix in vanilla and sour cream gently.
  • Pour filling over the baked crust evenly.
  • Combine jam and lemon juice in bowl.
  • Drop spoonfuls of jam mixture on top.
  • Swirl with knife to create patterns.
  • Bake for 35 minutes until center sets.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.
