- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg for brushing
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and butter. Knead for 5 minutes. Let it rest for an hour.
Heat a pan. Cook beef until brown. Drain extra fat. Add onions, cabbage, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in ranch dressing and cheese. Let it cool.
Roll out dough into squares. Put filling in the middle. Fold and seal the edges.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Runzas on a tray. Brush with egg. Bake for 20 minutes.
