Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and butter. Knead for 5 minutes. Let it rest for an hour.
  • Heat a pan. Cook beef until brown. Drain extra fat. Add onions, cabbage, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in ranch dressing and cheese. Let it cool.
  • Roll out dough into squares. Put filling in the middle. Fold and seal the edges.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Runzas on a tray. Brush with egg. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before eating.
