- 4 Chilean sea bass pieces 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt as you like
- Black pepper as you like
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 green onions cut small
- Fresh parsley for decoration
Turn oven on to 400°F
Add salt and pepper to fish
Heat oil in the frying pan
Cook fish for 2 minutes per side
Put fish into a baking dish
In a pot, melt the butter
Add honey, soy, vinegar, and lemon juice
Stir in garlic and ginger
Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes
Brush the sauce on each fish
Bake fish for 12–15 minutes
Add parsley and green onions on top
