Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and cleaned
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix shrimp with Cajun spice, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.
  • Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink.
  • Take shrimp out and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add cream, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir well.
  • Let the sauce cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp back into the pan and stir.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes until coated.
  • Add green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add more hot sauce if you like it spicy.
  • Don’t overcook shrimp—they should be soft and pink.
  • Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
  • Let the sauce cook longer if you want it thicker.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
