Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 lean
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cups elbow pasta cooked
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Brown ground beef in large skillet.
  • Add diced onion to beef.
  • Cook until onion is soft.
  • Drain excess fat from pan.
  • Add tomato sauce to mixture.
  • Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper.
  • Simmer mixture for 5 minutes.
  • Layer cooked pasta in baking dish.
  • Pour meat mixture over pasta.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
  • Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
