- 2 cups COOKED CHICKEN
- 1 large ENGLISH CUCUMBER
- 1 cup SWEET CORN
- 1/2 cup GREEK YOGURT
- 2 tbsp MAYONNAISE
- 1/4 cup FRESH CILANTRO
- 1/4 cup RED ONION
- 1 tbsp LIME JUICE
- 1 tsp CHILI POWDER
- 1/3 cup COTIJA CHEESE
- 1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
