Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the red wine and balsamic vinegar. Whisk them together.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
  • Slowly add the olive oil while you whisk.
  • Mix everything until it’s smooth and well combined.
  • Taste it, and add more salt or pepper if you want.
  • Pour the vinaigrette into a bottle using a funnel (if you have one).
  • Keep it in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Shake it before using.
