- 2 pounds pork or beef ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients (except the meat) in a bowl.
Cut the ribs into small pieces.
Rub the marinade on the meat.
Let it sit for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat your grill to medium-high.
Grill the meat for 5–7 minutes per side.
Check that the inside is at least 145°F.
Take off the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
