- 1 bolillo or telera bread roll
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 slice of turkey
- 1 slice of roast beef
- 1 slice of chorizo
- 1 slice of cheese Oaxaca or mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Cut the bread in half and spread butter on both sides.
Toast the bread in a pan until it turns golden.
Cook the chorizo in a pan until it is fully cooked.
Heat the ham, turkey, and roast beef in the same pan.
Put the cheese on the meats and let it melt.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the toasted bread.
Put the meats and melted cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
Add avocado, tomato, lettuce, and jalapeño slices.
Close the sandwich and press it gently.
Cut in half and serve hot.
