- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 medium orange unpeeled and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
Wash the cranberries and dry them.
