- A little olive oil
How to Make It
- Turn oven on to 375°F.
- Boil noodles until almost soft. Drain them.
- In a pan, cook onion in olive oil.
- Add garlic, beef, and sausage. Cook until brown.
- Add sauce, basil, and oregano. Cook for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Put a layer of sauce in the baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles, then ricotta mix, then mozzarella.
- Keep layering until dish is full.
- Top with more sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover dish with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil. Bake 15 more minutes until top is golden.
- Let it rest 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
