Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of white rice uncooked
  • 1 can of condensed milk 14 oz
  • 4 cups of whole milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing the dish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice until it's soft.
  • Use 2 cups of water.
  • Let it cool down completely.
  • This takes about 15 minutes.
  • Crack eggs into a large bowl.
  • Add condensed milk and regular milk.
  • Whisk everything together until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix again.
  • Add the cooled rice to the mixture.
  • Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Grease your baking dish with butter.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into it.
  • Spread it evenly across the dish.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the dish in the oven.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • The top should turn golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven carefully.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm or cold.
