Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup milk
  • cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Grease the loaf pan well.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in pumpkin puree thoroughly.
  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
  • Pour most batter into pan.
  • Mix maple syrup into remaining batter.
  • Drop maple batter on top.
  • Swirl with a knife gently.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
  • Check with a toothpick.
  • Cool for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from pan carefully.
